The hallway is not very fragrant, it smells really bad, the main comfort is at least fragrant. When I entered the room, I chose smoking, but the room smelled really bad huhu. There are still many dirty things, the king bed should be but 2 beds are made into 1. It's a bit strange. Hard, damp pillows and honestly not comfortable, in the center of Jakarta but very old. Maybe the style is old but the items or cleanliness are still maintained. It is mandatory to replace new items if there are dirty or damaged ones. Hope it gets better. The plus side is the strategic surrounding environment, good hotel lobby, good service. Please pay more attention to the rooms.

Used to stay in Grandkemang for 3 weeks and it was fine. But now, the aircon is not cold enough even at 18 degrees Celsius and the Wi-Fi was really bad for the whole 5 days.

I happened to get on the 2nd floor, the room was spacious, the AC was cold, there were lots of elevators and the distance from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor was not far so I could take the stairs, plus there were 2 comfortable benches near the window, only the wardrobe was a bit dirty and fragile and dirty inside the wardrobe, for room facilities there was a bath tub, hair dryer, safe, bathroom, gym.

Yesterday I checked in at the hotel, when I arrived at the reception and was offered a smoking or non-smoking room, then I chose a smoking room, not long after I was told to wait by the receptionist staff named Anisa, she said it would only take 30 minutes, and she said she would come to me in the lobby when it was ready, but in fact no, the room was ready but she just kept quiet, until finally I came back to the receptionist to ask for the room. Finally I just got into the room at 4 pm. Please pay more attention to service and communication with customers.

Fast, friendly service, good facilities

Hotel staff are very friendly. However, facilities wise, the sofa material is torn and feels damp. The carpet in the hallway is also torn. In the room, it is quite difficult to open the door with the access key. The bed sheets are discolored, and the Wi-Fi coverage is very limited. The wood on the bathroom door is also damaged.
