Satisfying. I stayed twice and it was comfortable.

Please upgrade the hotel TVs to more modern ones. The power outlets are located next to the bed, and there's only one, which is inconvenient.

There's no smart TV yet, hopefully one will be available in the future. There are two TVs in the studio room, but they're digital, so the kids can't watch YouTube, but they can. Don't be left behind by hotels that cost around 400,000 rupiah and already have smart TVs.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and grand. However, each room's amenities could use some attention, as some are rusty and old, and may need replacing for the comfort of guests. Perhaps each room could be inspected individually and there might be areas that need upgrading, although it would be difficult, to improve guest comfort.

Overall, this hotel is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. The room is also very spacious, and it has a bathtub. The breakfast is very varied with many choices and all delicious. The swimming pool is spacious, and there is a jacuzzi in the women's changing room. The only minus is one. Why isn't the TV smart? 🥲🥲 If it had Netflix, it would be even better.

Booked two rooms, checking in at 9 a.m. and moving in at 10 p.m. due to a wedding. The 16th floor was blocked, but when I tried to check in, only one room was listed on the 7th floor. I had to show proof of booking, but I finally got another room on the 18th floor, even though the two rooms were for elderly parents. There was also a smoking area.

The staff are all friendly, especially the security guards and the luggage storage area. They're always smiling, giving off a family-like feel.

The hotel is strategically located and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The only downside is that the towels need replacing.

The hotel is easily accessible, close to public facilities, close to the TJ bus stop, clean, friendly staff and sat set.

The staff are all friendly, and so far it's been a pleasant stay 😊 Just a few notes for guests with cars. Yesterday, I forgot my parking ticket in my room. The car was registered with the hotel, and I only left about 20 minutes after checking in. Because I couldn't be bothered to go back to the room to get my ticket, I ended up getting a Rp 30,000 parking fine. This was purely my fault, not the hotel's. But just so you know, the parking system still requires a physical ticket even if the vehicle number is registered. Hopefully, in the future, once the vehicle is registered with the hotel system, the physical ticket will no longer be necessary.

I'm delighted with this hotel. Although it's older, the facilities are all still excellent. I love the staff, the facilities, and the food. The pool is very well maintained. This hotel is awesome.

Please improve the breakfast. You have to queue for breakfast, and even after you queue, you don't get any food. It's not worth booking a room with breakfast included. It's better to skip it in the first place.

I absolutely loved staying here. The facilities are great, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is very strategic.
