I've stayed here twice. The rooms are clean, close to public facilities, in the same location as Metropolitan Mall, and the breakfast is varied and delicious.

Always love staying at Horizon Ultima Bekasi, it's easy and fast to go anywhere. The staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, clean, and close to the mall. Next time I want to stay again with the kids.

A good hotel with a strategic location, just go downstairs to the mall, but a little disappointed because the coffee cups in the room were a little dusty, maybe they need to be fixed in the future.

This is the second time staying here, the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is still the same as before, but unfortunately the breakfast variety is reduced, not like before. Children with a height of more than 90/100cm if I'm not mistaken will be charged 100 thousand rupiah. (increased from before)

I arrived at 2 o'clock when I checked in but I still couldn't get a room. I had to wait for half an hour. I suggest staying on the 11th floor. When I got out of the elevator and got to the room, the smell was a bit unpleasant, like the smell of garbage along the corridor.
