Nice and child-friendly hotel, running route and close to CFD on Sundays

Of all the hotels in Pekanbaru, if you book cash and book 1 bed, you still get 1 bed. This time, whoever checks in first gets 1 bed. As a result, my wife and child got twin beds. Poor child slept between the beds that were combined. Even though I booked a deluxe room, the room also smelled of cigarette smoke. It said the room was non-smoking, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was also not good.

We waited a long time to check in. We weren't able to check in until around 4:00 PM. I took two rooms. As an apology, the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe room. However, in the superior room, the bed looked unmade. The sheets and pillowcases had a lot of hair on them. Towels weren't provided in either room. I had to ask for them. There were also no doormats until we checked out. Perhaps it was because it was the weekend, the hotel was full, and we weren't prepared properly. The location is excellent, being in the city center. Thanks, Aryaduta. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Please, hotel manager, check the restaurant staff again. We stayed here for two days, and on the second day we weren't given water. Because we didn't provide water, to make my child's milk, I asked for hot water in the restaurant, but instead I was asked to pay 25,000 and 65,000 Rupiah. If a hotel with a lower rating, they would provide a dispenser. How can a hotel like Aryaduta have to pay for hot water? Please reiterate the staff's opinion.
