Fawlty Towers springs to mind. We were in the annex to the main hotel. Our check in was delayed to 15.30 as the rooms weren't cleaned. When we requested a late check out we were advised the next guest was arriving early (13.00), so it wasn't possible. At breakfast there was always a queue for tables as they were never cleaned in time. The breakfast offering was good though. With so many nicer hotels in Rimini, I will skip this one in future.

The resort was beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back to Rimini again

Very nice hotel, but services very overpriced - 95 € for one day with two sunbeds at their beach.

Super Lage, man kann alle Annehmlichkeiten des Grand Hotels benutzen (außer den Hotelstrand, dieser ist nicht inkludiert!)

Ottima struttura, soggiorno di qualità, personale molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione merita l’intero soggiorno. Camere curate e pulite. Unica pecca il phon poco potente.

La residenza pur se non inserita nel parco dell'Hotel, ha gli stessi servizi dell'Hotel. La zona è centralissima ma molto tranquilla.

Buon hotel 5 stelle, ottima posizione, personale molto gentile. Ha un giardino. Esterno molto carino dove fare l'aperitivo la sera.

Accoglienza molto professionale, personale gentile e totalmente orientato al cliente. Camera molto luminosa, estremamente pulita, set di cortesia completo di tutto, colazione super, non manca veramente nulla. È possibile farla in terrazza dove si respira la magia del Grand Hotel di Rimini!
