The rooms are clean, quite spacious, the bathrooms are clean, the water runs smoothly and there is a water heater too, amneties are available, the staff are friendly, wait for you during late check-in, the atmosphere is calm so when you are tired you can really rest comfortably without disturbance. One of the most enjoyable stay experiences.

The guest house is nice, clean, the view is ok, close to the beach too, the waiters are really nice and friendly, I will come back to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Labuan Bajo again.

Clean, comfortable, everything is still new, there is a car park, breakfast is delicious fried rice, basically everything is good.

The property is new and clean. It's also near Pede Beach (about 5 minutes walk). Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is ready at 8 am. The price is a bit pricey for the facilities you get (perhaps because it's still new?). The location actually is not that far from airport and harbour but locals will say it's far so they'll cost you IDR100K for transport. Hotel provides a car with extra cost: IDR75K per trip. I recommend this hotel if you want to avoid the crowd, but you must consider about the transportation cost and also the breakfast time (especially if your trips start early in the morning).
