I stayed on a weekend. A new gallon of mineral water was delivered to my room, but the dispenser was very dirty at the neck of the gallon jug. I asked for it to be cleaned, but it was eventually replaced with a 600ml bottle. Furthermore, there was no electric kettle or tea powder. I couldn't drink tea in the evening, as it was very cold. The breakfast was also just a basic fried rice dish, just fried rice and an egg. Considering the relatively high room rates, I think the service needs to be improved.

The view at Tulips is beautiful, but the breakfast fried rice needs improvement. It should have a savory flavor, but it only tastes like soy sauce. The staff's explanation of the room's location wasn't helpful. I was disappointed because they assumed all guests had vehicles, since we used an online shuttle.

I stayed at Puspa 106. Upon entering, I was greeted by a musty smell and unclean stairs. The bathroom wouldn't lock, and the shower water smelled a bit earthy, and according to the receptionist, it was sourced directly from nature. The bathroom facilities included a homemade bathtub, and the hot and cold water had to be mixed manually. Luckily, a ladle was provided. Breakfast was fried rice with eggs packaged in Styrofoam. It was quite good. Oh yeah... the number to contact the front office was not active at the time. Conclusion: I won't be returning.

Staying during peak season for around Rp 1.8 million per night, the room was very disappointing. The room and bathroom looked neglected, with dirty walls, numerous stains, and outdated amenities. I understand prices increase during the holidays, but quality should still be commensurate with the price. Management needs to seriously improve room cleanliness and maintenance.

This is my second time here, and the pool has been repaired. I'll never get tired of staying here again when I come to Garut.

It was really memorable to stay here, the family was happy, especially the children. You can see the mountain view, the air is really cool. Next time I go to Garut, the peak area, I will stay here again with my family.

The location is very high, with a cool breeze. The facilities are quite good, though the rooms aren't particularly luxurious, but they're affordable for the price. It's quiet and not overcrowded. The morning views are truly exotic, and the 24-hour warmindo (warmindo) is a treat, making it a pleasant experience. Hopefully, the food will be improved.

The view from the room is stunning, input for management is that there needs to be a bathtub in the bathroom, and fly control.

Highly recommended for family vacations, with a large warm water pool and lots of options for children.

The nature is beautiful, but unfortunately because the area around the garden uses manure, there are lots of flies.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the view is great. The pool is a bit under-maintained, though. The sofas are all nice. I hope the pool is better maintained.

The location isn't too far from Darajat Pass. The nearest minimarket is Alfa at Darajat Pass. The swimming pool area is separate from the accommodation, so we drove there from our room. The view was often foggy, but it was great. It was cold, but the baby was comfortable. You can order food and have it delivered to your room. The price is affordable. The room is spacious, and there's a carpet so it's not cold if you want to sit downstairs. Even though we had the cheapest room and a promotional offer, we got a water heater, but no coffee. No problem, there's a food stall near the pool. The sunrise view is stunning. The pool water isn't clear and smells of sulfur, which is perfectly normal since it's natural sulfur water. The heat is also quite pleasant. The bathroom also has natural hot water and a simple but comfortable bathtub. Okay, recommended.

It's located in the same location as the waterpark, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The bathroom has a hot tub, making it comfortable in the cold weather. Definitely recommended.

Please improve the accommodation facilities, everything is only for 2 people. For example, when I confirmed with the FO that breakfast was for 5 people, it turned out.... I still only got 2 people, hah heh hoh

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

My experience staying at this hotel: 1. There is no restaurant, and the nearest eating place is very far. The restaurant at the nearest hotel is only for the hotel guests, so to find a decent dinner you have to go downstairs first with bad and dark road conditions. 2. The tap water is cloudy, and the position of the hot & cold water taps is separate, making it difficult to take a shower 3. The bedroom floor is sticky, as if it was not mopped (not prepared) 4. The bed sheets are so dry (like coarse dust) 5. The stairs to the unit are mossy, so it is very slippery when it rains, especially when walking down. 6. TV with STB and a maximum of only 4 local TV channels 7. I ordered spicy fried rice. The portion is large, but the taste is really only spicy, there is no salty or sweet taste from the soy sauce. 8. There is no direction to the Qibla. Luckily I always bring a compass. 9. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The taste of the food is the same, only spicy, no salty, no sweet and no savory taste. Only spicy. 10. In terms of price, this hotel is overpriced. A reasonable price might be 300-400k. During my several trips to the Garut area, my experience at this property was far from the best.
