In a very good location, on a commercial pedestrian street with many points of interest within a short distance. The room and bathroom were small, but enough for us who were out all day. Equipped with TV, safe, refrigerator and water kettle with coffee, sugar and tea. The staff was very polite and helpful. We really appreciated the offer of breakfast free of charge. Closed parking available very close to the hotel for a fee of 15 euros per day.

I stayed here 4 nights. Location is perfect, all the main sights are nearby, restaurants are just few steps away. Room (mini as they call it) has everything you need - minibar, coffee/tea set, A/C etc. Bed is quite good. But.. room is smelly and humid. Opening a window helps a bit, but bathroom still smells. After shower in a tiny bathroom there is a private lake :) Staff is just sitting there (or eating), most of the times no greetings. Breakfast itself is okay and is served in a nearby theatre restaurant. Depends on day it's components vary, even if the menu is the same. Service there varies from rude to friendly, some even asked us to write 5* review - 5* needs to be earned, not asked :) Overall experience 3/5

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Despite my late arrival, they managed the delayed check-in smoothly, and to my surprise, they even upgraded me to a better room free of charge since it was available. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear they prioritize hygiene and attention to detail. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication seamless. They were always eager to assist with recommendations, answer questions, and ensure everything went smoothly. They were also very understanding and flexible with my request for a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and the surprise room upgrade made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant from the very beginning. Upon arrival, the receptionist didn’t even bother to stand up to welcome us or smile. We come from Greece, but we all speak fluent English, and one of us also speaks Bulgarian. We had booked 4 rooms – 1 triple and 3 double – with the clear request that all of them have single beds, except for one double room. However, there was a significant lack of professionalism, as we were given completely different room arrangements than we had requested. The triple room wasn’t even prepared for 3 people. It lacked bed linens, towels, and pillows. When we informed the receptionist, we were only given sheets and towels, which we had to arrange ourselves. Additionally, the Booking listing mentioned free parking, but since we made the reservation over the phone, we were charged €10 per day for the first car and €20 for the second. Furthermore, while the hotel was listed as pet-friendly, the receptionist sarcastically told us that “normally, there is a fee, but she is doing us a favor” – even though this wasn’t stated anywhere. Breakfast was another source of confusion. It was supposed to be free, but when I asked where it was, the receptionist said it was on the second floor, only for us to find out the next day that it was served outside the hotel. Regarding cleanliness, the service was provided daily but inconsistently. On the first day, they only changed the towels, on the second day, they cleaned thoroughly, but on the third day, they left the bed completely unmade. The cherry on top was when I was heading out one day, and the receptionist asked me to close the door because she was cold and too lazy to get up – as a guest! Additionally, when we asked to split the payment due to the large amount for so many rooms, she spoke sarcastically in Bulgarian with someone and seemed annoyed that we requested an invoice. I’m sharing all this as someone who has worked in the same industry during seasonal periods for many years. I fully understand the pressure and workload that comes with the job, but I have never seen this kind of behavior in any other hotel. It is entirely possible to remain polite and professional regardless of the circumstances. On the bright side, the night receptionist and the rest of the staff were polite and more professional.
