Excellent service. Staff member Trang was very lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and very helpful if you needed to go anywhere. They even helped with car rental, which was very convenient. It's close to the beach and a convenience store. Near an outdoor bar.

Actually, I only like 2 things: beautiful location and enthusiastic staff. I don't think the room is very nice. For the price I paid, I expected a little more. Oh, the air conditioner is good. I heard you said the air conditioner was hot before. I think it's only 7/10.

I had a 2-night experience at Chicland, a picky person like me really has nothing to complain about. My room had a super cool sea view, the room was clean and the impressive point was the attitude of all the staff was very good and enthusiastic. The infinity pool was also very chill, taking pictures was great. The breakfast was delicious and there were many choices, my favorite was Quang noodles Overall 10/10 and will come back here next time

The location is very strategic, right in front of Mykhe Beach. Restaurants and minimarkets are nearby. Cleanliness is good, staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. The only thing I was confused about was that when I booked through Traveloka, I had paid for a family room, but upon arrival, I was asked to pay 140,000 VND per night for a child.

The advertising room is 30m² wide but in reality it is only more than 20m² so it is extremely cramped, with no area for suitcases or a desk. Free Wi-Fi is really weak, sitting in the lobby on the first floor there is no signal. Breakfast is poor, there is no menu change during the 4-day stay. Vietnamese guests should be asked to deposit 1 million VND while fully paying for the room through Traveloka. It will not be a problem if at the same time of check-in, foreign guests do not need to deposit, this makes me feel discriminated against in my own country. The only plus point is that the staff welcomes guests very enthusiastically. Overall a bad experience for 4 days here.

Enthusiastic and cute staff. There is a room that is not nice, cramped, and has a normal view. The scenery outside the hotel looks beautiful, but the inside is ugly. Even though I booked a room for nearly 2 million/night. The ground floor is a restaurant and sells souvenirs. The entrance is still small. The receptionist has to go to the 2nd floor. I will not experience this again

We had an amazing stay at Chicland. 1. The staff were all helpful and friendly. There was always someone there to help. Upon arrival, there will be someone with an umbrella to help cover you from the hot sun. Someone to help with your luggage. The reception staff were all friendly. The wait staff at the 3rd floor for breakfast, the 1st floor for the restaurant and at the 21st floor for the bar & pool area were attentive. There is always someone cleaning the hotel as well. 2. Our room was clean and comfortable. We love the design of the room. There was no noise at all so we slept well. 3. The pool with its view of the ocean is worth the stay. We liked the gym with its modern equipment. I like that there is a cold water dispenser there along with a cool speaker that's Bluetooth compatible with my phone. 4. The food is high quality for the breakfast buffet. We had lunch and it did not disappoint as well. We ordered tea from the cute tea stand in front of the hotel. 5. The location is also perfect as it's across the street from the beach. It's also near 3 night markets that are about 10min away or even closer. We highly recommend this beautiful and amazing hotel 😊
