Great place to stay and eat. Perfect way to start the WHW

Beautiful historic inn. Fantastic food, one of the best meals of the whole trip.

Friendly and helpful staff and a clean room. The bathroom is not connected to the room, but in the corridor. You have exclusive use, so this wasn’t a problem. Room is noisy though as outside there is part of the kitchen and you get noise from machinery and staff talking there. Food is restaurant is excellent. No breakfast available but nearby cafes

Very basic room up steep narrow stairs. Very good shared bathroom. Excellent diner and service. No breakfast except on weekends sfyer September, but a very nice bakery across the road.

Twin room with separate bathroom and outdoor space. Perfect stay for our first stop on the WHW. Drymen was a pretty village too.

Lodge was great and dining exceptional. Room was a bit hot at night.
