The property is gorgeous and is located in a beautiful Spot where you have a perfect view of the Culture rich in History Castle and Tower of Montesarchio so that gets a 5 the owners are very polite and nice but it’s a 1 year old business with still some tricks and knicke that need fixing such as the electricity we had a space heater it worked good for one day I was also respectful enough to everytime I used to turn it off bc being an Italian native the weather changes drastically from night and day, but the second night in didn’t work it wasn’t a big deal I just wanted to over look it at the moment , breakfast is more like just morning snacks and a coffee Machine we barely used it , the garbage in Italy is very organized but no garbage cans on property sonit was always annoying to have to grab garbage and bring it out and find a dumpster I stayed almost 2 weeks in this location it was fairly annoying, no staff I. Site till later on in the night didn’t matter to us really bc we were almost out all day we honestly Came to sleep and shower but certain things were very inconvinient overall a 7 out of 10 needs some working on property had way toooooo much potential
