Everybody was so kind, the receptionist was friendly, everyone had to greet you when you came in and out, the staff were also very nice, no one was stupid!! The room was spacious and comfy for that price, budget travel friendly. The location is also really good, it's close to everywhere. Had such a great time here ｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡

I know this place from tiktok (indonesian traveller) my choice is near bukit bintang and chinese town, after consider so many times i choose this hotel. The price is really affordable with facility/room i got and i really love the hotel is non smoker friendly. The frontliner is really helpfull and their staff is polite (the frontliner is briefing their staff so dicipline so their staff don’t do anything rude to their cust, i watch them briefing😭) we really feel safe and enjoy stay in this hotel and also i meet a new friend in this hotel to go to concert🤣 this hotel is so strategic to pavilion, fahrenheit, TRX, KLCC, alor even to axiata areana (because near to mrt station too!). Next time if i had a concert in axiata maybe i would book this hotel again🙂‍↔️ thanks a lot! I hope you guys didn’t downgrade and stay to upgrade your service. Staying here for 3 nights was really enjoyable. Close to TRX Mall and also close to Pavillion Bukit Bintang.

Very strategic hotel, close to TRX mall.

This hotel was nice, good location near Bukit Bintang around city center, and quite close to monorail or MRT station.

Upon check-in, the staff provided friendly and uncomplicated service. The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The hotel staff readily and kindly lent us the necessary equipment, such as electrical outlets, umbrellas, and other items. Information was also readily available from the friendly hotel staff.

It's a bit small, but it's better for those who just want to sleep.

The room is small but okay, just for sleeping. Finding halal food requires a bit of effort, just like walking around like a local.

I've stayed here twice, easy access, the location is close to the tourist area, it's in the middle between Pavilion and Trx mall, near the hotel there's delicious Muslim pulled noodles, in front of the hotel there's also delicious nasi kandar, I love staying here and will come here again if I go to KL

The hotel really easy to access. Near to TRX, Pavilion Mall, and Bukit Bintang. You can easily go to Petronas by walk. The cons is, the towel looks old and you can hear voice from next room. but everything is awesome, especially when your plan is culinary or cafe hoping.

The hotel staff was friendly, and it was close to TRX Mall and Pavilion, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the room was too small for two people. The cleanliness of the room was okay.
