The staff was very slow to respond, and there was no water. They showed no initiative whatsoever to provide water for guests. Calls were not answered or WhatsApp messages were not returned, and even when they were, there was no solution to the water complaints. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and the bedroom was dirty with stains on the sheets. It was a terrible stay.

Self check-in. There was no staff at check-in, so I chatted with one. The number is on their Instagram. No drinking water. No TV. Just a simple room. Hot water is okay. The location is close to Nuanu. Just 10 minutes away.

Beautiful, with a direct view of the beach. The surroundings are also beautiful.

okay the room is clean. the location is quiet on the edge of the rice fields but still close to everywhere. most likely according to other comments, the sound from the neighboring rooms is very audible because the building is wooden, but because I'm a heavy sleeper so it doesn't really matter 🤣 very worth the price

Hello, I stayed here for a day but from when I checked in until I checked out I couldn't take a shower and had to go to the minimarket to relieve myself, because the water was off for 2 days, and the staff was relaxed, not helpful enough, very disappointed, not responsive, no reminders from the hotel or compensation, we were left to check in without a shower and dirty, the room was nice and quiet, just annoyed because the water in the bathroom wasn't on, that's why I was very disappointed.

Memuaskan, thank youu, will come back againn.

Very happy to be able to find at D'jineng Rice, hidden gems also at prices that are worth it. Strategic location, comfortable, quiet place in the middle of the tourist center. The views in the morning and evening are truly pleasing to the eye.

View sawah bagus banget, karyawannya baik dan sopan, kamar nya ala ala pedesaan, kolam renang air dingin, yang saya ga suka kamar no 5 shower nya pelan-pelan banget apa mungkin jauh dari pompa ya, overall layak direkomendasikan kok.

This hotel is great for couples. Everything was great. Spacious room and bathroom, beautiful view from the room and the hotel, room was clean, and the staffs were helpful. However I don't recommend you to bring a car here. The parking spot is tiny and only has spot for 2-3 cars. But they have bike for rent there and also you can use online transport. The pool was nice but a bit dirty when I used it because it 's underneath some trees. The soap and shampoo was almost empty, I had to request it to be filled. Pressure water pressure is a bit low, especially if you need hot water. The lighting is very dimmed, especially at night. You can chat with the staff prior your stay to ensure your comfort and during the stay if you need something from the staff. Overall great experience.

Tempatnya oke jauh dari keramaian cuma akses jalan sama parkir mobil agak susah.

Kamarnya bersih, tapi kurang penerangan dan TV tidak berfungsi padahal semua sudah hampir oke. Tempatnya juga bersih dan fotogenik.
