Hopefully cleanliness can be better, especially the cleanliness of the room toilet.

Stayed for 4 days, the staff was slow to respond when we asked for the room and toilet to be cleaned.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and please improve the facilities.

The view at this hotel is beautiful. This is my third time here, but this time I was disappointed because the Wi-Fi was only on overnight. There was no view of the front. There were no prayer robes on request. The door lock didn't work, so I had to rely on the slot key.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, the air conditioning wasn't cold, and the outdoor area was noisy all day. It wasn't possible to rest comfortably.

The facilities are quite complete. There's a swimming pool, but when I stayed here, I probably got the last room, so it felt like a "leftover" room. It's in a corner, the door is a bit stiff to close, and the room's location is very hidden, making it difficult to get a cell phone signal. The Wi-Fi is also unavailable.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is strategically located close to the airport and close to the office where the business trip is going.

A comfortable hotel with a clean swimming pool and excellent service from all staff from check-in to check-out. Close to culinary spots, easy access, and delicious food.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from June 18–22, 2026. My first impression of the hotel was that it was fun and welcoming. The swimming pool, with its varying depths, is great for guests of different ages and swimming abilities. The location is very convenient, close to Hermina Hospital, K-Walk Mall, as well as various restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped with a smart TV. However, the Wi-Fi often could not connect because there was no internet access available. As constructive feedback, the bathroom was fairly clean, but the shower was already damaged. As a result, only a small amount of water came out of the shower head, while much of the water leaked from the sides. I experienced the same issue in the previous room I stayed in as well. I believe the hotel’s maintenance could be improved further. Thank you.
