Okay, recommended, friendly staff when I wasn't feeling well, I was able to check in early

The superior room was quite comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. There were prayer mats too. Overall, I was satisfied.

The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi can't be used aka the network is disconnected even though it's near room 115, for food, it was thought to be a buffet meal but it turned out to be nasi book, even though my 2 children and I ate nasi book it was not enough, only 1 handful of rice but the food was delicious. For the stock of bath soap next time, check it again because I only got a little, and for the bathroom floor, brush it often because it's so slippery that my child slipped while taking a bath. God willing, it can become a favorite staycation place with my little family again, next time it will be improved again, thank you, best wishes, amen 🤲😇

The hotel is nice, the staff are all friendly, it's also close to Tegal town square and Pacific Mall, so it's really easy to just go out and get some fresh air if you're bored 😄🙏

A strategic and comfortable hotel to stay in. The atmosphere is calm and clean.

It's great to get a room near the exit, ordering Grab and eating becomes easy.

This is my second stay here. From the start, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and smiling. They responded quickly to any questions we had. When I had a problem booking, the hotel was very quick to help by contacting the app, so the problem was resolved and I was able to stay at this hotel. You won't regret it. This is my second stay, it was amazing from the moment I checked in until I checked out. Everything was well served. The staff responded quickly to everything we needed.
