The staff were very friendly and helpful, upgrading my room to a better one without extra charge. The surrounding area has convenient access to restaurants, shops, and many other services. I am extremely satisfied.

The hotel was okay. Clean, and the staff were enthusiastic, but the app was a scam. Next time I book a hotel or plane ticket, I won't use that app. I booked a 28-square-meter room at the price shown on the app, but when I arrived at the hotel I only got a 20-square-meter room. When I complained, they said it was correct, but it's a scam. Meanwhile, a 28-square-meter room costs nearly 3 million VND, while a 20-square-meter room only costs a little over 1 million VND.

What impressed me about this hotel is the enthusiastic and open staff. The food is rich, with a light taste that suits my taste. I was impressed by the warm and friendly Iris! If I have the chance, I will come back to this hotel again.

great service, their staff was so profesionnal, i remembered ms. hannah, sam and mike was in duty during my trip and theyre so helpful. even mr mike prepared his recommendation of places nearby and shared it on his QR code. What a great idea. A little note is only for their restaurant, which area is pretty small, that time during the breakfast, a couple need to share their table with me because I cant find any place to sit 😁 overall this hotel really worth the price. very recommended

Friendly staff is a plus point here, rooms are normal with hot water not hot because it uses solar energy, staff are extremely cute and supportive

The hotel is absolutely good, I am most impressed by the super enthusiastic receptionists here. In general, the rooms are clean, there is a swimming pool, although not very large, but everything and the experience are ok, my parents also really like and appreciate the staff here.

The hotel has a friendly, enthusiastic and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and reasonably arranged. Room rates are just over or under 1 million. The name on the door still says 8B Hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant is quite delicious, diverse and changes daily. The Hue beef noodle soup is excellent. Deserves 5* and will come back.
