The room and view are satisfactory, the services are over the top. The boss and staff are very kind and helpful. Recommended for family/groups since the rooms are spacious.

My room was quite spacious, which I really appreciated. However, the bed felt a bit old, and some of the furniture was slightly dusty, so there’s room for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness. Also, there’s no lift in the hotel, so be prepared to use the stairs, something to consider if you have heavy luggage. That said, the overall experience was still good. The staff were friendly, and the stay felt comfortable enough for a short trip in Sapa.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel location is very close to Maona, only about 5 minutes walk, next to the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food. The trade center can be reached in 15 minutes. The room is quite spacious and clean for 4 people, a fairly good hotel with an affordable budget

Great, excellent, wonderfull! - The room received is exactly like the picture posted, the room is very clean. - Location near points such as: Best view, Cat Cat, Sun Plaza Center, Moana - Room decor is simple but cozy - Big bed, enough for 2 people to lie down comfortably - Hot water is always ready to use - There is a 2-way air conditioner which is very useful for cold days in Sapa - Thoughtful daily housekeeping - Enthusiastic staff, attentive take care, very ready to support - Especially the owner is very friendly and enthusiastic support yourself.

The hotel is new and clean, with a view overlooking the Muong Hoa valley.

Spacious room, airy view ah. Only up and down a slope if the family has children. In the morning, an outside excavator was heard, so I had to wake up early. I scored 4 stars.

The hotel is nice, clean, the room is quite large, the staff and the boss are very enthusiastic, support the maximum customer if the next time my family will still be in this hotel breakfast is not diverse but also temporarily with this price, the hotel discounted the breakfast for our group from 80k / capacity to 50k / rate for the hotel with dining room, kitchen, family of 12 adults and 3 children who used the dining room to Eating Ban Pig bought from cholera, the owner and staff were very happy and did not charge any additional service fees.

I had a very good experience here, but there are some hotels nearby that are being built so the noise from the dining room is very nice, hopefully soon to get a reasonable promotion price like I chose :)
