Very pleasant to stay here. All of the hotel’s services were good.

The location is very strategic, close to the city center. Not only that, but the nightly rate is also quite affordable and well worth it.

The room is suitable for a tall person like me. Although it's a hassle to climb a small ladder if the bed is on top like a bunk bed, the bathroom floor is slippery. Please pay attention to facilities like the bathroom and shoe lockers, many of which are poorly maintained. This is an innovation and solution for those traveling and just staying overnight. Come on, PT Shakti can definitely improve itself for the better.

I stayed here because the room in my building was being repaired & the AC was off, so randomly I remembered that there was a capsule hotel, a few years ago I also went here & the AC was cold, plus yesterday I also saw some reviews saying the AC was really cold, coincidentally I wanted one like that, unfortunately when I stayed here I got a room in the middle, far from the door & far from the AC so it was really hot inside I couldn't sleep until I went back and forth to the bathroom, I felt restless and uncomfortable, I went out to look for a cold drink, but I still had trouble sleeping until morning, hopefully in the future it can be fixed & as a reminder if I want something cool I should book one near the door, last night I opened the capsule door occasionally because I was restless and really hot. For other customers, maybe the temperature of 25-30 is no problem, but for me who likes the cold, this is really torture, For others, there is no problem, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the soap smells good :) It's rare to find a bathroom that is as clean as this, next time I hope when I come here I can get a room temperature that can be 16-20 * because I like it cold. Oh yeah, as far as I remember, there used to be a place downstairs that provided bread and coffee and tea, if I'm not mistaken, my suggestion is to at least have instant noodles & provide hot or cold drinks, it's quite good to increase the accommodation's income because typical backpacker customers will definitely look for cheap ones, rather than the hassle of looking for a warm drink by walking far ahead

It's quite comfortable and quite clean, for transit... The bathroom is lacking a clothes hanger, and please pay attention to the TV, it won't turn on (there's no broadcast whatsoever).

The lamp rotation button is off so it's really hard to adjust the lamp, then the TV has no sound and there's no headset provided but for cleanliness it's clean enough but the AC is really cold and can't be adjusted

This hotel is always the first choice when transiting in Jakarta. Never disappointed when staying here. Suitable for solo travelers.

There are a lot of ants, bring a cake and get ants on it. Throw it away. The women's bathroom is on the 1st floor and the hotel on the 1st floor is not used so if women want to go to the bathroom they have to go back and forth up the stairs from the 2nd floor up to the first floor. The best thing is the AC is very cold. The lockers are very dirty.

For this price, it's really worth it, the location is also very close to Gambir Station. Next time if I need to stay again, I will definitely come here 99% again. Plus + Very cheap, affordable + Capsule room is quite comfortable + Quiet atmosphere, not noisy at all + Close to the station Minus (Hopefully the next time I come here it will be fixed) - There is no charging station (there is only a USB cable plug, it also takes a long time to charge), then if I want to use a laptop, I have to go to the ground floor first - The bathroom is a bit dirty and has yellow crust, but overall it is still quite acceptable, there is also warm water, okay.
