My 2nd time stay at Mpalace. It was great to stay there, cozy room, comfortable with the space also the hotel services was really superb! Besides, near to Sogo and Muaz btw 🤭 Really fond of this hotel 😊 Even the staff are really helpful to us. Thank you for the great service and accommodation!

Close to the mall, convenient transportation, comfortable and clean rooms, great value for the affordable price.

The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of Merdeka Square, the Kuala Lumpur Library, and other attractions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

When we checked out, we left RM 150 in an envelope in the room. We phoned them, they collected and kept it. Returned to US, thanks to them.

Good location and affordable price.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat (walkable) ke Haniffa supermarket dan Sogo shopping center. Kami datang 2 hari sebelum hari Raya, jadi jalan sepanjang depan hotel di tutup untuk bazar malam. Benar-benar ramai dan hiruk pikuk jika malam. Ke masjid Jamek untuk sholat Ied juga cukup berjalan kaki. Sayang kamarnya tidak berjendelanalias tidak sesuai gambar di aplikasi. Dan proses check in cukup lama karena petugasnya hanya 1 irg dan sedang toilet break 😄.
