1. Location: Approximately 400m from the beach, within walking distance to the public beach. There are two ongoing construction projects (hotels) nearby, making it a bit noisy during the day. The area is bustling with restaurants and many foreign tourists. The hotel only offers two views parallel to the coastline, so you can't see the sea directly. 3/5 2. Amenities: Swimming pool on the 3rd floor, gym, kids' area. Parking is available behind the hotel. (Relatively 4/5) 3. Service: Breakfast and housekeeping are OK (4/5). Sometimes, luggage transport is not provided upon check-in (2/5). Check-out is a bit slow. 4. Room Amenities: Despite being a beachfront hotel, there's no place to hang clothes for guests, the rooms don't have balconies, and the bathrooms are quite small. (3/5) 5. Hygiene: Upon check-in, the floor was still covered in sand, and the fruit platter was damaged and leaking, but it wasn't replaced. (1/5)

The service and attitude of the hotel reception staff were terrible. They were disrespectful and unenthusiastic. Our group of 12 people complained. They wouldn't let us park, saying there were no more spaces and we had to find our own. Then, when we finally managed to park at the beach and walked back, we found the hotel lobby completely full of parked cars.

Nice room, clean, fully equipped. Great swimming pool. cheerful reception staff. I only stayed here for 1 night and the bellman time frame 10:30-10:40 am on July 14, 2 times I saw a customer coming in and out, tried not to open the door and saw the customer coming, then I stood inside the counter and turned my back to look elsewhere.
