Check in late at night, transit trip to Sangatta, the atmosphere at night felt a bit scary, not well maintained.

It's not bad for staying somewhere else.

It will take a lot of money to renovate this hotel if we want many guests to stay there.

It is very unfortunate that this hotel is not well maintained, the room telephone is not available so that rest is disturbed by the sound of the wake-up service for sahur and the bathroom is quite scary, the glass is blurry and not maintained, the bathroom door is broken & the shower faucet does not function properly. Hopefully in the future there will be development and renovation so that it can be recommended as a favorite place to stay, especially since the view is good, right next to Lembah Permai Park and the hills, overall this hotel is good enough to compete with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, ballroom which are quite supportive.

The worst stay experience ever. The hotel is dirty and the interior is broken and the water is dirty, the food is also only 1 menu, it is not worth the price offered.

Not maintained & neglected, the floor of the receptionist is very dirty, the restaurant area is very dirty with flies, the restaurant staff smokes in the bar.

Please change rooms up to 3x. If it's not ready, don't give it to the customer. The pillow hasn't been given a cover yet, I don't know where I put the bed cover. AC is off.
