The accommodation has to apologize to customers about all the tissues in the room. Due to sudden change of orders for staff to upgrade rooms for customers from Eco room to Standard room, then the shift staff is a new part-time employee. So he forgot to check the cleanliness of the room first. And we have to apologize for the inappropriate behavior. The accommodation will train and improve the behavior of part-time employees better. 🙏🏻
