This nice place has a kitchen stove with a good number of basic tools. They have a water filter also, which was useful. Convenient to wash and dry dresses. They have access to a swimming pool, and there is a kids' size pool too. The beds and mattress are comfortable for a family of 5 pax. Thank you, host, for being responsive.

The service is excellent, the facilities are plentiful, and the view from the top is especially impressive. You should definitely stay here.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. The room has complete facilities, there is a refrigerator, TV, AC, electric stove, toaster, microwave, rive cooker, complete cooking and eating utensils. Check in and check out is very easy and fast. 1 card can be used to enter the apartment, access the gym, reading room, sports, swimming pool, children's play area and parking. All facilities are on the 9th floor. If you go to Penang, you will stay here again.

Please ignore the after stay condition. Very thing are good. Exactly the same as what I see from the post. The guide from the incharge person is also super clear. Location good, the convenient store and patrol station easy to find for a non penang resident. Noting to complain! 👍

The owner of the house is very nice. He let me check in early due my handicapped grandma feel tired after long flight from our home town. He also fast respon and very concern about our comfortableness during our stay there. Overall nice and great experience!

Grab accommodation for travelers is very easy to find, room cubicles are clean and comfortable. There are complete room facilities to the washing machine.
