The staff was very friendly, and we had a long chat with them. The hotel was also okay, and the cleanliness was adequate. Unfortunately, I booked a 1-night, 2-room stay with breakfast. Breakfast wasn't even served until noon, which was a huge disappointment for the hotel management. Fortunately, the staff were friendly.

Facilities were lacking: no towels, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, no mineral water, and a broken bathroom door. The AC was quite cool, the bed was spacious, and the room was spacious.

The bathroom floor drain is not running smoothly, the blanket and bed sheets are a bit dull

The toilet is so dirty that it has yellow crust, the room smells damp

Order 2, nothing was eaten. There was no coffee.

The staff has no attitude. 1 staff is young, black, and tattooed.

Even though the room is comfortable, the AC is cold, clean. There used to be many complaints about the smelly bathroom, but now it's gone. There used to be no soap and toothbrush, now there is soap in the bathroom, although there is still no toothbrush. But the 2 times I stayed here, September and October 2024, the towels were always late. When I checked in, the towels weren't there, they said they were still in the laundry, even though I needed to take a shower. And I also checked in late, at 4 pm. How come the towels weren't ready yet. After I finally got the towels, the towels were full of holes. It reminded me of my towels in my boarding house when I was in college 🥲.

Very good, but some parts are damaged. Please improve again.

The room is comfortable and quite spacious, clean too, it's just a shame the pool can't be used because the filter is broken. The lobby is also comfortable for family gatherings, it's just that there aren't many tables at the pool even though it's nice to have breakfast.
