Should be standard single room, but got a double one on the first floor instead. The room is not as clean. There are yellowish stains all over the beddings, the bidet keeps drizzling, and the ceiling is humid and moldy. However, the amenities are complete, the AC is cool, and the floor is clean.

My suggestion is to try booking a deluxe room.

The guys on duty are friendly. The first time I stayed, the AC leaked and I had to change rooms. The door wouldn't lock properly. The second time I stayed, the key had been changed to a card. It was great 👍🏻. It's just a shame there weren't any hotel slippers.

Fast check-in process, location is close to West Surabaya area, many food vendors and also passed by public transportation. This is the second time here and they really upgraded the facilities in the room. Maybe need standby security staff to improve guest security because the car park is not inside the fence or closed.
