The rooms were somehow clean, but would need a bit of maintenance for the price they charge, compared to other hotels in the area.

Great secret botiquey and authentic set up adjacent to Playa Santana. The right size, the right accommodations and of great value. The staff are very friendly locals who make you feel at home. Very good food and at appealing prices as well. Easy place to play and rest. Plenty accessible surf options. Owner running a great operation.

We loved our stay at Costa Oeste, it was perfect! The beach side location was great for surfing and the pool very useful for cooling down in the midday sun. The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home and all the food and drinks were great.

I can’t say enough for this hotel. I got hurt while staying here and let me tell you that they pulled all stops to make sure we got to the hospital and we were comfortable including switching my room to another down stairs. The owner, his family and his staff understands service and I see this place growing and I wish them well. You can pretty much have them make you anything even if it’s not on the menu. If I’m ever in the area, there’s no question about staying here. Highly recommend.

The hotel is perfect for a true beach getaway! Location is ideal with activities and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped coordinate kid-friendly excursions with ease. My 7 year old has already asked to go back for his 10th birthday. The food was also really delicious. Definitely recommend this property and staying on Popoyo beach in general. Definitely rent the atv or a bike to get around faster but most places are within a 30 minute walk.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Costa Oeste. The rooms were spotless, the staff and owners super friendly and the view priceless. Playa Popoyo is pristine and a great walking beach. Sunsets are spectacular. There is a good restaurant on site and lots of option within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Everything was very clean, the staff were all so kind and were always present and so helpful. The ocean view is absolutely killer, nothing better than spending the whole trip listening to the sound of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, also the best cup of coffee I’ve had the whole trip. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

The Staff and management all contributed to a great stay. Any concerns/issues (non working A/C) unit for example, were all attended to promptly. Quiet area of the beach, chill vibes.
