Hotel staff are lovely, hotel itself is rired and nweding upgraded. The buffet was not good, if you went in the last hour of service there was very little left and they did not replenish even though there was still an hour to go. Alao the hot food was not kept warm, hot when it was put out but cooled down quickly.

Good acess to the beach and central location. Pool was not heated and cold. Rooms are simple but nice. Staff is nice and helpful

This property is fantastic, its very clean and the lady that was doing our rooms Maria is a credit to your business. The food was fresh evry day with a varaiety of salads and main dishes. We had a pleasent stay, we will come back again 100%.

We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was shut for refurbishment and I was left with nowhere to stay. I have yet to be refunded.

On the beach. Sea view room was amazing. Lots of food options nearby.

The staff was not accommodating at all and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Look for a different hotel as this one is not worth the money.

Hard to find parking around the hotel.

Poor condition of the hotel; small restourant with stale breakfast and super noisy atmosphere. Don't recommend.

Very good location. The only thing which I didn’t like is that the staff was using the lift more than the guests and never let you go first even with baby in your hands

The hotel has a great location - it in the city centre and everything is nearby. Villa list is in the first line on the central beach, which was a little bit overly crowded, but there are great beaches near Sozopol. We had a problem with the parking during our stay. There isn’t a parking in the hotel so they offered us to park our car in a paid parking which is 7-8 minutes away on foot. The breakfast might need some improvements. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Very expensive,poor stuff with bad attitude

The location is top center in the city Sozopol, opposite the beach. The staff is very friendly.
