The room was nice and clean, and affordable. Hotel is somewhat off the beaten path but right next to the bus station. A 24hr casino selling booze all night=BONUS !!!!

The worst stay of my life so far. Very rude customer service and their beds are broken and the hotel stinks like fish. Very dirty and the ventilation is bad all the smell from the kitchen is everywhere in whole hotel. It’s not recommended at all.

Room was okay, bed was uncomfortable and dirty. Other facilities were okay as well

Hotel was very clean, modern and staff were very friendly. There is a very fancy restaurant on site as well but we did not eat there. Surrounding area seemed industrial but was a quick trip to the center of Delft for restaurants and shopping.

The room was very big for European standards. Staff was helpful at reception, there is parking but you need a car to get around. There is a gas station with snacks and drinks across the street, McDonalds within a few minutes, and a 10-15 walk to a Starbucks but about a 15-20 minute drive to Rotterdam central, 10 minute drive to restaurants. Very easy highway access. There is a casino next door, However no live dealers.

I was staying in the Riva Hotel on Saturday 6 of June night and made a complain online to you, in fact I have recorded the noise at 3 am and I was having a lot of trouble sleeping because there is very loud motorbike noise outside my room. The noise is constant and makes it impossible for me to rest.

Hotel was good for the short stay . Only the wifi signal in my room was poor and unstable. Room size very good and clean.

Great place to stay, just off the motorway

Only a one night stay but clean and comfortable. Not sure whose idea a black light switch on a dark brown wall in the bathroom is, shaded from the outside light by the bathroom door - ended up leaving the light on all night. Bath towels very small which might be an eco decision but meant I used two instead of one.
