Good option for business trip

The staff was very friendly and the service was very good.

I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. Now back in 2024 and I still love it. Only problem if the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city. She showed me how to hail cabs thru wechat. Jerry I can't say enough, he is wonderful, very helpful and caring. I would stay here again if they resolve the smell in the rooms. I don't think they will but one can hope.

It was great, friendly staff

Very comfortable hotel, staff is helpful, its a beautiful hotel very close to the convention center and that makes my visit to the Canton Fair super relaxed traffic way. But it is no places to go and eat around the property.

Estrutura fantástica com grande espaço privativo. O quarto é um espetáculo a parte. Banheira com vista para o pearl river. Luxo e praticidade no ponto certo. Único ponto negativo, porém importante, é o baixo nível de inglês do staff. Se não fosse um funcionário com nome ocidental Lucas teríamos passado por muitas dificuldades.

The service from hotel staff is outstanding, the shuttle to canton fair on time and comfortable. Good breakfast although the restaurant was under remolding.

Excelente hotel com uma otima estrutura para o bem estar.

Hotel nuovo appena inaugurato in luglio o giugno 2019. Camere molto ben insonorizzate e arredate con prodotti premium. Ascensori e sale comuni molto ampie e pulite , ristorante fornitissimo sia di cucina asiatica che occidentale.
