Beautiful hotel and warm welcome but no upgrade and no VIP sparkling wine.

Our third stay at the JK. We love everything about it! Casa Tua restaurant is wonderful. The entire staff is so accommodating. The rooms are beautifully designed. So close to everything and we were able to walk to all major tourist venues.

This is was our third time staying at the JK Place and we have been very pleased with the venue. The staff is accommodating, the facility is peaceful, the rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious.

JK Place is the most special hotel in Paris. I have stayed at many other five star hotels and this really is my favorite. The ambience, the incredible staff, the kindness and care of which they treat their guests is unsurpassed. Room was perfection, food beyond and I love the quiet location. Really really its lovely like a beautiful home. You will be so happy and I can't say enough about it. A little slice of heaven.

Beautiful hotel that was very accommodating and the people working were friendly. Two big issues that I had: we saw a mouse on the first floor on two separate occasions. One was in the lobby waiting area and the other was during our dinner at Casa Tua. More importantly, I proposed to my fiancé during our stay and requested a bottle of champagne and flowers to be placed in the room for the proposal. They knew in advance of our stay and were reminded the first day we arrived, which they said would be their pleasure to accommodate. To my surprise, all they did was tie a couple of party store balloons to our headboard. No flowers and no champagne. That was very disappointing as I expected much more from an elite 5 star hotel charging over $1200 EU per night. Ultimately, it was a really nice hotel, but I will always be disheartened by how they handled our engagement.

It is a private osasis! I love the room and the amenities of the hotel. Definitely great value!

Staff was amazing. Attentive but there to make you completely relaxed. Feels very intimate - room was fabulous. Decor refreshing and practical. Look forward to checking out the Rome location.

Staff were charming and friendly. The property is beautiful. But as an older bulding (formerly the Norwegian embassy), sounds carry. There is currently constuction next door. Even without that, some noise travels through the building and from the courtyard during the day. At night it was very quiet.
