Excellent in general

The hotel is very nice. Clean and quiet and friendly. I had a fault with the room air conditioner. The manager had it fixed within 20 mins. The hotel was out of the centre of Campinas so you need a reason to be here. But Ubers are easy and cheap so I guess that’s not such a big deal. The hotel is right next to a massive shopping centre but that’s still a 30min walk. I took an uber even to that. The breakfast and other food is pretty good. I would recommend and i will definitely be staying there on my next visit.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay for 4 nights through Expedia and had to leave after the first night because of my brother passing away and the funeral being at a different city in Brazil the next day. I was informed by Wesley at the front desk that if Expedia agreed with it, they would refund the 3 remaining nights. He instructed me to contact Expedia first which I did. However, they did not honor that promise. Expedia made every effort to seek the refund without success. I was also promised a refund on the R$84.00 additional charge for my niece to stay with me the first night. She was not able to make it. They promised a refund, recorded my bank information to make the the deposit but that never happened either. All they did was to discount the parking fee (R$22.00) from that amount. To me, this is very poor business practice, especially considering the reason of my leaving early. Had they said to me while I was there that they would not honor a refund because it was a non-refundable reservation I would have accepted it, instead of being played with a unfulfilled promise. It is very sad that a hotel would provide such poor customer service.

Excellent from beginning to end. Awesome breakfast, clean and comfortable room, and the shower was amazing.

I booked a one bed room but were given 2 beds and for me to change I have to pay extra fees.

Hotel is very good. Unfortunately my room wasn’t properly cleaned. It had lots of glass/bottle marks on the table, maybe the cleaner forgot to wipe it off. Breakfast was very nice as well.

SUPERB! MAGNIFICENT! Brand new premises. Dedicated and competent staff. Very good in-house restaurant. Very close (less than a mile) to the D. Pedro park mall.
