It was a clean and comfortable place that also happens to be at a great location, which made touring very easy!

Unique boutique property. There are no elevators and many steps, but the staff was more than happy to help us with our luggage. Very accommodating. Definitely recommend.!

The room was lovely and a great size for 2 people traveling. Breakfast was delicious, the building felt secure, and location was great - central to most of what we wanted to do. But the staff was exceptional. They gave me recommendations for where to eat, places to avoid, even drawing out the whole map. They were so courteous and friendly, definitely would stay again with this or an affiliate property.

This is a nice hotel. The location is fantastic -- not particularly touristy and near great restaurants, cafes, parks, and retail. The staff at Casa do Jasmim was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We normally don't eat at the hotels we stay in, but their food was great (if you're into coffee, go around the corner to Bistro Magnolia).

We could not make the trip because of the family medical emergency. The hotel did not offer us any refund or credits, even we notified them ahead of time.

The room was spotless, every team member we interacted with was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options. We hope to stay there again sometime.

The staff at this hotel are like none other!! I had made a couple of requests and they were very quick to provide me with what I needed, as well as be available for any questions I may have. They also worked their hardest to get my room ready for me earlier than normal because I had taken the red eye in. As everyone else has mentioned, the breakfast included in your stay was delicious and full of different options - even ones that weren’t normally provided! The hotel is also in a fantastic neighbourhood that is close to food and transit options, and is very safe and quiet (note: I was a solo female traveller). Jardim Fialho de Almeida, a small park nearby, is a must-visit as it has many delicious restaurants, a kiosk for drinks and snacks, and is a meeting place for locals and tourists alike! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

Very friendly and kind staff. They made us feel at home. Delicious breakfast with variety of drinks, coffee and tea. The Sintra tour group signed up at the hotel is of good value and the tour guide is fun and knowledgeable. I also like the residential area, away from tourists yet still very convenient. I would recommend to my friends and family if they visit Lisbon.

Very warm welcome from the staff, lovely room which made the most of the historical features of the building and an excellent breakfast each morning. Hotel is at the top of one of Lisbon's many hills, but only a 20 minute walk to centre or plenty of trams/buses. Plus side is a quiet neighborhood with lots of food options away from bustle of Lisbon

Safe, clean guesthouse. Great quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle, yet in walking distance to most things. The breakfast was delicious and staff are always friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful bed and breakfast in a lovely old house. Our room was clean and comfortable and the area was perfect. Principe Real is not too touristy, but very cool and stylish with plenty of wonderful restaurants. We started every day with a top-notch breakfast buffet in their lovely backyard area. Highly recommend!
