Billing itself as an upscale hotel, there was room for considerable improvement. Slow checkin, no explanation of services. No soap at the sink in room, had to lean into the shower to access the gel anchored to the loosely installed wall. Two towels to share, a handtowel for bath mat, the conditioner had emulsified and wouldn't come out of the container, also anchored to the loose shower Paid for an aqua room with an obstructed and distant water view.. Honestly, dont bother. Odd lighting in the room, very dark. Comfy bed. See photos.

Used the online check in with QR code which was very seamless. When we got to our room, we found the bathroom mirror was not clean, one of the glasses still had lip marks on it, there was still garbage on the counter from previous guest and there was a long black hair in one of the beds when we pulled the covers down and everyone in our family is blond. Very, very disappointing. Would not recommend even though it is a very modern, nicely designed and decorated hotel.

The hotel was simple but spacious and clean. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The location was close enough to the water to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and there were plenty of parking spaces available.

Staff were great, check in went well. Unfortunately, because we booked through 3rd party, we git a room on the ground floor in front of the parking lot. Street lights were hard to shade from, wind was blowing in underneath the ac unit and the bed was hard and lumpy. Not a very enjoyable stay. On the brighter side, the Sunday morning buffet was beautiful!

Beautiful room overlooking the river. The food was great in the restaurant but the ambience would be so much better if the lights were dimmed and candles put on the tables. Simple way to improve the already lovely dining experience. Wait staff were great handling an annoying customer as well!

Nice hotel overall. Large bedroom but feels dated. The air conditioning is very loud.
