The beach scenery was beautiful, and check-in went smoothly, though my family was initially directed to the wrong room by a staff member. Unfortunately, the chalet itself was disappointing, with visible mold in both the kitchen and bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work in the room, so I had to rely on my mobile hotspot throughout my stay.
While swimming was complimentary, I was unpleasantly surprised by an unexpected £4 towel charge—which I only found out about on my third day. By the end of my stay, I had spent £32 just on pool towels, which felt unreasonable.
