Impressed by the room designs, my friend and I kept wondering who the architect or the interior designer for this hotel is. Small things like the nice color of the chair and the lighting of the room. Great thing is it was enhanced by the great service and cleanliness :) Overall amazed! Breakfast was not a buffet, but believe me, it was more than enough to overfill your stomach! The view and service complemented everything very well. That being said, one small minus would be the soundproofing. Probably because we got a room with the connecting door possibility, the soundproofing to the other room was not great. We could clearly hear the other’s room conversation and their kids chuckling. Also the door room to the hallway doesn’t seem to be fully soundproofed.

It was a top hotel in Bali, definitely going back there soon

Was a wonderful place to finish up a Bali holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the staff amazing, the restaurant serves impressive food, and the Bhava Spa? Heaven! This hotel will be on repeat!

Drinking water is limited to 1 bottle for 2 guests. The balcony floor was dusty, but the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very impressive.

I book for junior suite for one night stay. Make me disapponted when I am going to the room. Room is very nice but when going to balcony. Balcony balcony is no view and the balcony is upper of hotel kitchen. And the smell coming up to my room. And at night time is very noisy grom outside music. Not recommended.

It's clean, the service is ok, it's a shame it's on a small road, but it's quiet 👍😊.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very soft and comfortable, the location is not far from the airport and many restaurants are still beautiful, lots of birds and squirrels. There are wild squirrels but they are not afraid of people and are very funny every morning they come to visit and ask for food.

Upon arrival, I organized a surprise, for my girlfriend Dee was very helpful she let me into the room so I could organize something special the staff were very friendly and helpful The room is very clean. I would definitely recommend and stay there again thanks all. Steve Australia.

Breakfast not Buffet Style, Only one time order for Simple Breakfast. This is not worth the price for breakfast itself. Room and vibes are acceptable.

Receptionist is kind. As soon as it arrived, it was immediately given the biggest room upgrade. A welcome drink is also given. Only the staff at the reception were friendly. The minus is a little miss communication when checking out by accident I accidentally brought 1 pair of hotel sandals home. And the hotel staff looking for it is like looking for a diamond. Even though usually the name of the room slippers is definitely free for guests. If you don't want to take your room slippers with your guests, just provide standard thin slippers like other hotels. So guests also don't bother searching suitcases that have stayed in the trunk just because hotel employees are looking for sandals that are brought with guests. It's just a shame to embarrass guests, it's like trying to steal stuff. Minus it turns out that the hotel is in a very narrow alley. If the car passes, it's a hassle. What I like about this hotel is only the receptionist and you just get a free room upgrade. Clean rooms. Reasonable.
