The property was invery good condition and the staff very helpful, the breakfast very good

Sandra was excellent at the check in! She is always very polite and professional, would totally recommend this hotel. Love the new blinds and mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was fresh and delicious!

Staff were extremely attentive and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside is the parking.

Yes it was very good

I did not see the pool or hot tub. The beds were really small- they were doubles. The room was decent. The parking was full so I parked in the lot behind the hotel.

Room was dirty, hair on the floor, everything is so old and nothing looks like the pictures and please keep in mind it’s far away from the beach!!!! They are rude and food taste horrible and will charge you when it’s supposed to be breakfast included.

Stayed 3 nights and from the moment i got there to check out customer service was excellent. Food is good, drinks are cold, and rooms are clean. Conveniently located 7min walk from Rosarito Centro and not to mention across the street from beach..would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be returning.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking is a little small but they found a way for us to park. Parking was safe. Not too far from all the shops. You can walk.

Felt like a bait and switch, the photos on the web were not what we got. The carpet was disgusting, room smelled old and stuffy, pretty grubby.

Pool needs a heater too cold for this season but other than that everything was as descrived

The staff were very kind and helpful when checking in & out. You do have to give a $50 deposit when checking in, I only had $60 but they only took $40. I had zero issues checking out and getting it back, they just check the room quickly. The room had AC and a balcony, and the parking lot had 24 hour security so it felt safe leaving our car and walking to the bars which are very close, but not so close that the noise reaches the rooms. The room itself was okay, nothing fancy but good enough. I had no complaints. Oh, and they gave us a complimentary breakfast!
