Amazing room , lovely views from the bar.

Nice breakfast, great value

A good place to stay outside of Epsom, with a great vibe in the bar, restaurant and clubhouse. We stayed during the warm weather and took our meals outside on the decking overlooking the goal course. The cook-to-order breakfast was a treat and the staff were friendly and well-trained. Air-conditioning in the room made our stay all the more comfortable.

On arrival, we checked in and started to unpack. We noticed that parts of the room were dusty. As we looked closer we noticed that our room was layered in dust that had obviously been there longer than a week nevermind a day. The headboards were covered and you could visibly see the colour difference on the carpet where the duty was lying. I checked my mum and dad's room aswell and there's was the same but not as heavily dusted. Me and my dad both suffer with asthma which set us off sneezing and coughing. I'm not one that normally complains but I've never stayed in a high end place that was so dusty. Ive stayed in cleaner 3 star hotels. I complained to reception and they did move us into two different rooms which were better. However it did put a downer on the whole experience as we went away to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday.. I complained to Expedia but they struggled to get in touch with the hotel to reach a resolution. They told me they had tried both email and phone but they had no response which I don't understand. Although we made the most of my dad's birthday, we still felt let down by the cleanliness of the hotel when I paid a decent amount of money for a "boutique" hotel. Postive note the breakfast was beautiful.

A very tasty breakfast with great views over the golf course

We had an excellent one night stay. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The food at both dinner and breakfast was lovely, the room very clean and the shower excellent. We would not hesitate to stay again

Room clean. Green fire light in room which was on all night, very bright when trying to sleep. Location nice and parking secure

Lovely clean room, most comfortable bed and pillows and great view over the course. Enjoyed the peace. Golfers menu to set expectations. Lovely stay.

There was no hot water on the date of my stay

Arrived early but room ready so we could check in, the room was very nice and very clean. Staff polite and helpful, especially in the bar/restaurant. Dinner really nice and a great breakfast. Only stayed one night as a stopover, would stay again and imagine it would be a nice golfing break.

Everything was amazing from when we were greeted at reception to the lovely room to the room where the birthday party was being held The food was amazing The breakfast in the morning was lovely the grounds are stunning
