It was a nice stay, safe neighbour, lots of asian food around, and close to the metro. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well! I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely and friendly staff members, Olivia and the team have been very welcoming and my 4yr old daughter loved the stay! Child friendly! She was given books and puzzles to play with during her stay and enjoyed every moment of it. Thanks and will definitely stay here again!

Nice, ez to find, the very quiet spot right in the middle of town with bar, restaurants and traffic. Hope it will stay this way I I definitely come back here again. Thank you.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place is great for eating out if you like Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine (like me!). The place was having a full refurb when we got there which is why I didn't give it 5/5 throughout but I expect this will be a very well kept place once fully restored!

The location is excellent and the room is very new and clean. The staff were super friendly!

I did like the proximité of Asian markets and restaurants. What I didn't like the room was too small, absent of refrigerator, microwave. Be aware on summer the room has no Air Conditioner and no Fan.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend für dieses Hotel. Das Familienzimmer ist gross mit einem super Badezimmer. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !

I stayed only 1 night . Walking in the room was smelly had to open the window after an hour for the smell to clear out . Room was painted with dark brown and had no lightning. The tv and plugs were not working so couldn't charge my phone in my room . They were doing some work above me and its started at 8am with some bangs and noises .

Staff was nice upon arrival and accommodating but the actual bedroom smelled funny and the bathroom (shower) was moldy. Not good for more than 1 night stay.

I was attending a conference in VilleJuif and as the Metro was on strike, wanted to be able to walk to the city centre and the conference in a reasonable time. This worked well and it is close to the terminus of Line 14 which is automated so no strikes! Pleasant hotel with helpful staff. Small room but OK for one person, limited choice for breakfast but nice bread. Many Asian restaurants nearby

La sonorité des fenêtres /extérieur est très satisfaisante par contre on entends tout ce qui se passe à côté et cela peut être gênant ! Qq joints à refaire chambre 15 de la cloison de la douche Mais chambre confortable ,propre ,literie très bien

Petit hôtel proche Tolbiac au calme. Accueil parfait et service tout autant. Chambres petites mais parfaitement fonctionnelles.

Joli petit hotel du 13e pas loin de la ligne 14.

Hotel correcto para dormir en Paris, la habitación estaba algo estrecha para 3 personas pero la limpieza estaba bien el el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Ascenseur en panne obligé de passer par une zone en travaux extrêmement sale, travaux qui ont duré jusqu’à 18h30. Chambres non insonorisée.

Excellent accueil. Rapport qualité prix correcte.. Quartier calme. Petit dejeuner tres bon et prix raisonable. Recommande fortement.
