The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and professional in handling all aspects of the business.

The suite was very clean and spacious. A little dated but still comfortable and well maintained. Cleaning staff kept everything fully stocked. The breakfast buffet was ok but the regular menu had a lot more choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is conveniently located (5 min walk) to Bijoux, a luxury retail jewelry store. Overall stay at Courtleigh was very good.

Breakfast was wondering. Always look forward to it. Staff was great to with service and to just have a conversation with. Rooms are clean and welcoming.

It is a convenient hotel, within walking distance of many restaurants, banks, other commercial facilities. Great place to stay, there is a park near by as well.

My stay at the hotel was overall just okay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of options each day to choose from. The staff was decent—nothing exceptional, but they got the job done. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t particularly stand out.

Stayed in a suite. Room was very spacious and clean, it had a nice work area. Cons - the AC in the bedroom wasn't not cooling but maintenance came and sorted it out. The toilet water kept running so I think it needs a new flopper ball, Other than that the stay was very comfy and room service was available and the staff was courteous.

Throughout our stay, the front desk team and management stood out for their professionalism. Even when addressing concerns, they remained composed, attentive, and solution-oriented. That level of consistency under pressure speaks highly of their training and dedication. The gym facilities were well-equipped, though cleanliness initially fell short. Once this was brought to their attention, the staff acted immediately to rectify the issue. Their quick response demonstrated a genuine openness to feedback and a proactive approach to improvement. Housekeeping was generally satisfactory, though there was one instance where our room was not cleaned thoroughly. That said, when we raised concern, the team promptly offered to return and make it right, which we appreciated.

Staff was helpful, room a and place was clean. Location was convenient for restaurants and things to do. I didn't like that I had to ask staff to reheat food as there was no microwave, but they didn't complain or look put out when asked. I also didn't like that some of the plants in the lobby had mealy bugs. Overall, great experience, beautiful and clean hotel.

Personable and beautiful

My first time back after migrating 20yrs ago. Immaculate staff, Immaculate property, Immaculate room. Continental breakfast was really good and a big shout out to our Driver Dr. Watson, Stetson and Bar Attendant Patrick, they made the experience warm and family like always ready to assist in any way they can. DEFINITELY, booking again.

The bar staff and bellhop were the best at this property. Everything and everyone else was subpar. The ladies at the front desk will stay in your business. There’s no respect of privacy or boundaries. The balconies are huge with a nice view but the railing isn’t safe nor is the step going out to the balcony. The fire alarm will go off randomly, so maybe prepare for that. The room is okay though, could use some upgrades, starting simple with pillows and towels.
