I would just book this hotel for the restaurant alone. It is amazing. Great chefs. The room was really comfortable, we slept so well. The staff are so kind, and helpful. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Great value for money compared to other Hyatts.

Room was very old and neglected, staff were not very helpful requested to speak to your manager three times and then never showed up as I had a problem in the kitchen restaurant overall very overpriced for poor standard

The staff, lobby, gym, and restaurant are all really nice, but the rooms are very dated and the carpets need a good Hoover.

The service was wanting!!! I wasn’t attended with ease

Toilet leaked on the first day but was addressed quickly. Excellent service and food. Kind attentive staff. Thank you.

Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized.

My name is Tinotenda I had a reservation from the 13th of April to the 19th this was the best time of my life everything was just amazing and esthetic I felt like a new person when I was staying at Hyatt Regency thank you so much guys and I can’t complain everything was perfect and everything was nice and polite . This is the best Hotel in town if you are looking for the words Fancy and esthetic

Very clean, friendly staff and beautiful hotel.

A spa service was included and we were told we could not get our services due to Dignataries being there. Our room had mold in the shower and I had to clean the room when we first got there.

Good service and excellent stuff

For being the caliber of hotel it is, I was disappointed as there was no hot water in the shower then bathroom could have been cleaner, and the reception area staff were pleasant but somewhat aloof with their service. I did thoroughly enjoy the restaurant within the hotel and the wait staff.

Lovely staff

Staff were courtesy and friendly. Had dinner in the restaurant - the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms were beautiful and clean with all amenities working.
