Hotel decor and cleanliness is very good. Front desk service on early check in was poor. I got to hotel at 11am and even though rooms were free insisted on early check in fee. After a very long journey no offer of water while I waited, so negotiated early check in to €50. Morning: Breakfast service good Night: Upper roof top service bar/restaurant poor Stayed here years ago. Service levels never with a friendly smile. Accessibility. If you have walking up/down steps don't stay here. New annexe multiple steps. No doorman or concierge. This hotel is not value for money Best thing is the decor & cleaning staff. The rest is below standard for the hotel rating. Won't stay here again.

Bardzo elegancki hotel, pokoje bardzo przestronne i wygodne. Śniadania bardzo elegancko serwowane, można spróbować lokalnych przysmaków i to się ceni! Swietna lokalizacja. Uprzejma i pomocna obsluga hotelowa. Warto odwiedzić i zostać kilka dni!

The hotel was amazing!

They provided breakfast bags to go for us as we had an early flight.

Saif, located in a nice part of the city and it has an excellent breakfast and outstanding service. The room worked well and there were no problems and that there was a very functional spa in the basement. I will go again.

Extremely fabulous hotel… Stay there!

I enjoyed my stat. Breakfast was by means of a waiter service which I thought was very upmarket when compared to the normal buffet style breakfast.

The hotel is ok but of course not a 5*, clean but the room had a smell , maybe because of a bad ventilation, the service also not great. The personal is polite and trying to help but they are not professional

It is my second time in this hotel. Definitely I will come back. Very posh and comfortable. All staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended

Great location , comfortable large room ( junior suit) , delicious breakfast, friendly staff, all services ( massage spa , hair /nail salon, transportation) are available within the facility .. definitely will come back !
