Great location and pretty good room, but why advertise the balcony option if the balcony door does not open.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. Easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. On the negative side the a/c doesnt work as it should. And there are no windows you can open to allow air to circulate.

Everything is perfect but there is one problem ! You put there is the airport’s transfer ! But there is no transportation and I pay $75 yesterday and today $100 for picking up my guests from the airport ! You should erase that false advertisement !

Elegant hotel in great location. It is the staff that make this place a wonderful hotel.

Bathroom and sink always clogged up. Even after they fixed it. Shower knob very sensitive, slight touch and water would turn very hot, or very cold. Location only matters very you want to be. Old city about 10 minute walk. Staff great Overall 4 star hotel
