Comfortable and Convienent

Everything was good, except smelly hot tub next to the swimming pool. The pool was to be closed 3 days later for a month of maintenance. Buffet breakfast excellent. Restaurant meal was good in the evening. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds. Coffee pod machines did not work, but they were happy to give us a kettle.

I got a suite and it was clean but very dated. Breakfast was outstanding.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were lovely. The food was fantastic and the location was perfect.

Staff were accommodating and helpful, Games room for the kids included ping pong and PlayStation. We had the pool all to ourselves in the evening. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in the city. Rooms came with magazine and were clean. Minutes walk to Quicentro and La Carolina park. Highly recommended!

From the courteous attention to the scrumptious breakfast Dann Carlton is our favorite hotel in Quito. Don’t forget the pool, gym, sauna and steam room please

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful staff, lovely and elegant rooms, and generally a place you just want to spend time in. I can’t wait to return.

Staff was terrific. The room was very nice. The Opera Restaurant was overpriced.

We were bothered by the sound of a wedding late into the night heard clearly from our room. And we woke up with 5 new bug bites. Told the front desk. They offered alcohol swabs, and that was that. Best of luck if you stay here

No es la primera vez que escojo este hotel cuando me quedo en Quito pero la habitación que tuve fue la peor experiencia en este Hotel y todo porque fue agendada a través de Expedía ellos no dan prioridad y tuve una habitación con muchos inconvenientes que comenzaron cuando me acosté a la 1am porque llegué de un vuelo a las 10:30pm una luz azul que viene del sensor para la TV otra luz roja del toma corriente a lado de la lámpara.se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle hay algun cuarto de máquinas que suena todo el tiempo creo que me dormí a las 5am para levantarme a las 8am. No lo recomiendo. Es muy bonito el hotel pero esta experiencia no quiero repetir nunca más.

We have stayed here several times, and always have a great experience. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is great, and the staff are very accommodating

We reserve a suit for two person for 4 days but thre were not enough towel , not rope , no night sleepers We have to call to clean the room and every day they did not refurbish batroom necessities, was very disappointed, because the hotel is beautiful location
