Breakfast was excellent and the property was lovely. The staff were mostly good, but some of the wait staff in the restaurant were incredibly slow...

I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you actually want to get some sleep. The tower block which is in desperate need of renovation is terrible. I should only have a three star rating. The staff in this hotel are rude and ignorant and at times racist. The air-conditioning sounds like it’s on even when it is off which causes a horrific noise during the night and the double glazing on the balcony doors has seem better days and keeps out no noise whatsoever.

Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I complained about this twice. Overall the hotel room was very worn and the bed I had wasn’t very comfortable. I also found it very odd that I was given a wristband and charged for having a pool lounger with a towel in a 4/5 star hotel! To be fair though the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and nice.

This was the first experience I’ve ever had. I would have expected more from the Sofitel brand, but honestly this was such a testable experience I will never patronize them ever.

Had to change 3 times room, 1. No airco, 2. Door could not close properly, 3. Decided to pay extra and got an upgraded room and cpuld sleep with airco but no warm water. Supposed to be 5stars, at tye rates charged. Is just poorly run with people who are not interested to help you. I am a platinum member with accor, di could care less.

The rooms were excellent, clean, and tastefully furnished. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food at the restaurants were outstanding! Overall, it was a superb experience, and will surely stay here again if my trip passes through Abidjan again, and will undoubtedly recommend this facility to anyone.

Not a great hotel, had issues from pickup to checkout. I ordered a car via the hotel for airport pickup. The car was dirty and had mosquitos Upon check in it took 30mins to get room key. Room was clean but dark, not enough light. No hot water, Aircon was not working and shower was leaking. Call maintaince, they repaired shower and hot water. Aircon the lowest it would go was 23degrees. Checkout, Printing invoice, agent advised they would email the invoice. Coming to a week still waiting on invoice. Have sent message via hotels.com and direct email no responce. I would not recommend this hotel

Friendly service, lovely breakfast buffet, great facilities (pool, restaurants, spa, in-house movie theatre). Would definitely stay again!

Reception staff not to the level of a 5 stars hotel. Left my room a 10 am for all the rest of the day. It was not cleaned when I returned Otherwise nice hotel. Good breakfast
