The only problem I had was the roof leaked in the hallway of the 4th floor(my room was fine). And the balcony has a very high wall. I'm 5ft 10 and could just barely see over it. Otherwise amazing. Great staff, good breakfast, and the onsite pool, gym and indoor parking is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. The service was poor.

Staff speaks zero English...so, that may be a problem for some...unless you're willing to communicate every last thing using Google translate app... Even then, asking for a taxi (and you must realize that the benefits of sleeping in this area in lower altitude for acclimatization also comes with the cost of being 30-45 minutes out of Centro) comes with confusion such as, I'd like a taxi at 4:30 (NOT on October 30th)?!? true story

Great location in South la Paz, great breakfast buffet

The breakfast was really good and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom was kind of old. The location was nice.

A very nice place, much more luxurious than I usually stay at, but for a few days and in a very convenient location, it was very pleasant, both this last stay and a previous one.

So the good: room was clean with lots of amenities that cheaper hotels in bolivia dont normally have, like warm water in the bathroom sink and a fridge, elevator, etc.

The hotel snd service was fine, however i was surprised and disappointed whrn they forced me to pay a tax bill for 40 bolivians eventhou when i booked through Hotels.com and it showed that was paid in full

I read the reviews before I booked the hotel. I was a little scare because they were not good. I checked in at 4am and the front desk agent gave me a room and told me they were going to change me in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and confortable. At 8 am they offered to change my room and they did. The new room was big, it was like a suite. The people at the front desk are very polite, respectful and help you all the time. A lady name Veronica was amazing she is a front desk agent and she even went to the pharmacy to buy me medicine for the altitude headache I had. Great service. Breakfast in the morning is amazing and free. For the price and location its a gang. I definetely recommend you to stay here. The only thing I didnt like is that they are under remodeling and sometimes you can hear those noises.

I experienced a nice breakfast in a hotel under construction. It has potential, neighborhood is nice, but rooms and furniture are old and a bit dirty.

Not recommended, rooms are not clean, the bathroom is even worst. The hotel is under construction. So expect nose in the rooms. I would classify this apart hotel as a cheap motel. You can find much better hotels within walking distance for the same price. Stay away from this Motel

I booked this hotel just for one night just to be sure about the previous reviews and they were totally wrong. This is a great hotel, great condition, great room, good location, so, outstanding for the price! I booked 5 additionals night for my stays. I'll definitely return in my next business trip to La Paz.

This hotel was the worse We ever see dury, dusty, could we ask for extra blanquets and towels never get it, we get sick and we desaided to move out and with good luck find a better one the stuff was polyd but not engh and we dind not have any refaund

It is a good hotel, and I have recieved an excelente service, what's more, the room is modern, it's a good choise, Please enjoy it. Next time, I will live here again.

A rather mediocre hotel -- not very clean, some nice rooms but some not-so-nice (eg, windowless), dirty carpets. Reception personnel speak little to no English.

The price is changing from time to time. Also the room is not clean and smelly.

Almost not allowed to check in because hotel was full and attendant not familiar with pre paid reservations......
