This is probably the best hotel to stay in La Paz if you are a tourist. It's close to markets, restaurants and cafes. The banks, cambios and tour agencies are also nearby. The hotel is also the main pick-up and drop-off point for the daily tours. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

We were not impressed at all by this hotel. We booked a Deluxe Room with a Queen bed. Our room was so small and right beside the elevator, actually it was built right into our room. Our window looked out to a brick wall. The shower had mold in it and only warm water. Glad we are only here for one night. Go somewhere else!

Staff was amazing. Spa was SO good. Great massage. Super convenient location. Amazing views! Would def stay here again.

What stood out were the great attentions of the servers at the Restaurant Tambo. They were very accommodating and caring. On the other hand, the restaurant supervisor was very rude and disconsidered. On the other hand, the hotel crew not only need good customer service lessons but retraining on their own specific areas. The did a major mistake with my reservation. However, Cecilia, the hotel owner came to the rescue, MY RESCUE! She was ultra professional, caring, nice, compassionate, sweet and understanding. Only until she intervened it was when everything was resolved. I really hope the staff follows her example. Thanks so much Cecilia, you are a super star, a true leader. I really hope things get better because it’s a great hotel with an excellent location.

The first room was super cold, the second room was great. The breakfast was very limited with options. But overall the hotel was great, staff was cordial and pleasant.

The location is the best . It is pretty safe around and it’s convenient near the witches market and the travel agencies . The only thing is that internet connection is not the best in the rooms but it works fine in the lobby and the restaurant

We, group of 7 people, stayed in the hotel 3 days. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, great breakfast! Thank you for hospitality 🙏

We had a lovely time there! However there are no heaters in the rooms so you will be a bit cold. Also there is a window at the top of the door that lets the light in from the hall 24/7. Extremely warm and helpful staff.

On check in we were given a standard room the bathroom looked so old and it was right by the lift went back to reception and after insisting we get the deluxe room we booked I can tell you it was not much better. The shower was cold, the blankets they use are thick but so scratchy. There is also so much noise from other inconsiderate guests . The location and breakfast were the only good things for us.

Extremely loud. The walls of the rooms are so thin you could hear everything. I felt like I was staying in a hostel for hotel prices. The rooms look much nicer and cleaner in the pictures. It is a convenient location though.

Value for money

Hotel is at a very good location. Close to city square and witches market. Room is big but cola. Service desk sent us a heater and hair drier. Breakfast is good and refilled quickly. Restaurant and in-house tour agents are helpful. Overall it’s convenient and nice hotel for a hot shower and rest before your trip to the salt flat
