The hotel was beautiful and the staff super helpful. The exterior walls are very thin and we had trouble sleeping because of all of the outside noise. The bed is also very hard.

Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer

Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious. Rooms excellent and fit with the area. Recommend to families who want to seethe historical centre and be treated exceptionally well.

Wonderful stay. Room was very nice. Only comment would be that the carpet in the room needed cleaning. Staff was exceptional!

The location in the historic heart of Quito is ideal, the decor elegan but not osentaious, the beds comfortable, the fresh cooked breakfast delicious, and the staff gracious, warm and flawlessly professional.This is one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced.

Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The staff is exceptional in all respects. The restaurant is superb. The location is in the heart of the old, historic park of the city, so walking around is fun and safe. If we were to return, we would hope to stay here again
