This is a decent hotel. Very basic. Nothing special, but clean and safe.

Al momento del arribo al hotel al recepcionista no le gustó q llegue con una reserva y busco la manera de cobrarme un adicional y lo hizo. Aparte me dieron una habitación vieja nada q ver la relación costo beneficio. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!

We didn’t get the room we reserved, it was only one with that description I showed them the picture they said it was taken, the room was small. We didn’t get the drink we had in the reservation by Expedia. The food in the restaurant was terrible and expensive, the breakfast eggs uncooked and the bread old. The early check in was half of the booking price plus taxes. The front desk staff was not that great, however the housekeeper was nice

Por medio de la aplicación yo reservé una habitación que tenía una cama queen, sin embargo cuando llegamos nos asignaron una cama de dos plazas que resultó incomoda para nosotros, el personal del hotel me indicó que como había reservado por la aplicación las condiciones cambiaban, pero esto no me parece que sea lo adecuado, porque la aplicación nunca me dio ningún aviso de que las condiciones iban a cambiar. Así que considero que este tipo de situaciones deben ser resueltas con los hoteles y dar una solución a los huespedes.

I stayed at the Fenix hotel with my family. We have a great experience, the attention of the staff was excellent, the hotel was clean as well as our rooms. The breakfast was varied and the staff was attentive to stocking the food during it. Although the area is high traffic, the rooms we were assigned allowed us to rest without interruptions. I'll be back in the future!

There are not too many places to get food at walking distance.
