Great clean room. Check in staff very friendly and courteous. Bell boy brought luggage to room. Room service was great and chocolate covered strawberries with bowl of assorted nuts was just perfect. Breakfast was included and was out of this world with variety and quality!!! This is my second time staying here and would definitely be coming back

Everything was excellent! The only thing is that they missed the shuttle pick up and that the hotel can be a bit noisy

Felt very safe, newly renovated. Breakfast was included and great! Gym was in great shape a lots of equipment. Pool, Sauna, and steam room were awesome. Jacuzzi could be hotter might have to ask them to turn it up. Hotel right on the beach and across the street from mall de Pacifico. Very nice mall

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the last 7 years. It was over a year our last stay before this one. We were a bit disappointed with this stay. The property is not at the standard we've experienced in the past.

Excellent place to stay. I loved my stay and when I have the opportunity; I will stay again.

Need to vacuum the pool. Dust behind the microwave in the rooms. And reimburse if they charge taxes to people not living in the country.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was respectful and attentive and the hotel has direct access to the beach and is in front of the mall.

This hotel was near the beach and pet friendly. They gave us the best treatment and my dogs were treated like kings. The food was amazing and the staff was professional and welcoming. I travel quite a bit and I must say I have no complaints. The hotel suite was clean and anything I needed they brought to me immediately. I will definately return. Thank you.

When I arrived at the hotel, I didn’t get enough direction about hotel from the front desk people. And service wasn’t great. Not informative!!
