Staff super friendly. Nice room with beautiful view. Property is lovely, tho resort is small. Food is good except for kinda limited options at dinner.

The location of the property is great! Easy access to the boardwalk and multiple beaches, restaurants, malls, and Oistins! The food was very good. Particularly enjoyed Umi restaurant and the buffet always had lots of variety. The staff are very kind snd helpful. Great resort vibe; very chill and easy going. Spent most of our time in the clean comfortable beach. No issues with loungers or umbrellas. We didn’t enjoy the pool very much but there’s no need for it when you’ve got the beautiful waters of the sea!

Staff were welcoming enough but generally indifferent, little real rapport, interaction or interest in the customer. Food; very poor, hygiene questionable with pidgeons hopping from table to table in the open areas. Pool was reasonable but all the sun beds were ‘taken’ by 08.30hrs. Cramped.

Beautiful ocean view and gorgeous beach area. Extremely helpful and cordial staff. Entertainment at night in outdoor setting and loved the Sizzle restaurant night particularly, along with a great buffet brunches. Well run and well done! Arranged a highly recommended catamaran cruise with Tamiani too

First evening, AC was not working. They brought a fan, and did nothing to make us comfortable. The shower head had no water pressure, the did fix by removing sand that was stuck in the head. Room phone never worked and they did not fix. I assumed that the management would have done something to make up for these issues, but nothing was done.

Rooms very clean. Buffet breakfast 2 stars needs more variety. Beach towels should be change daily. You keep the same towel until u leave the hotel. Staff very nice except the hostess at the Reef restaurant buffet. Always with a bad attitude. Bartenders at the beach amazing 10 stars. Except a woman short hair terrible attitude with guests. Beach is amazing My room with patio beautiful but they never clean my patio, I had to see a dead roach every night . Overall 4 stars

Loved this resort. Staff was wonderful people. Food was outstanding, fresh and ever changing options.

Perfect vacation spot

We stayed a week at Sugar Bay. The amenities were nice, updated, comfortable. Both specialty restaurants were wonderful, especially Umi. The buffet was decent but by the end of the week we are ready for something else. We also at the beach bar once. The fish was overcooked and the burger was raw. The service was hit or miss but all friendly. Zavier, Samantha and DeAngelo went above and beyond and were so incredibly social. I’m still dreaming about Samantha’s specialty mint & banana daiquiri. The only cons were people reserving beach chairs and pool chairs. Ridiculous honestly and something needs to be done. On our fourth day we finally woke up super early and put towels by the pool because we had yet to get chairs. Also, I love food recommendations from staff. Sadly they all repeatedly told us they’re not allowed to eat at Sugar Bay. Feed your staff. They deserve it and honestly, it’s a waste not to at the end of the day. All in all, we would stay at Sugar Bay again. It’s very convenient and beautiful. We had a wonderful week.

Small resort with a beautiful beach, lovely staff, and great food. Our rooms were on the smaller side, but very clean and so close to the beach. I've been to many all inclusive resorts, over 20 at this point and this is in the top 3 for sure.
